POSITION OPENING:
Office manager at CRAFCO Inc. - Breclav, English speaking/writing, other language skills advantage (Russian), Breclav citizen (or near by)
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Office works, mail correspondence, courier communications, emails, phone calls, hotels arranging, flights arranging, other office tasks.
Coordinate with the International Customer Service representative at the Crafco Inc. Global Headquarters all documentary requirements for parts, equipment and material inventory receipt and shipping for Crafco OS and required interface with the Crafco OS Accounting Department as needed.
MEASURE OF EFFECTIVENESS:
The duties described above are accomplished with minimum supervision and in a professional, effective and timely manner.
Accuracy of type written material which includes punctuation, spelling, grammar, sentence structure and proper word usage.
Quantity of work performed.
Inventory accuracy.
Ease of data retrieval from files.
