We are proud to service one of the hotels selected by the British Royal Family for all their equestrian events near Ascot, the most famous horse race track in the UK.
For a 4 rosette (equivalent to Michelin star) awarded restaurant in Surrey we are looking for a:
CHEF DE RANG
Duties
You will be responsible for servicing a specific table section delivering excellent service and meeting customers needs. Tableside preparation is required as well as accomodating customers.
Skills and qualifications
2-3 years experience as a head waiter in 4* & 5* hotel or fine dine restaurant
Communicative English
Age up to 35 years old
Customer service oriented with a friendl attitude
Benefits
Starting salary is 21.000 GBP per year gross
Meals on duty
Assistance in finding accomodation (around 500 GBP/month)
Working Tuesday to Saturday 40-60 hours per week as needed
Annual holiday leave
