Forwarding agent with subcontractor responsibility Place of work / country: Prague Job description: Hegelmann Express GmbH is a family-run company situated in Karlsdorf Germany, active in international transport, logistics and trucking. We are specialized in European transport and search for the best solutions in the supply chain of our customers. For the expansion of our sales team we are looking for you! Your duties: • Acquisition of new subcontractors from Czech Republic • Selling and buying commercial orders for international transports • Support of existing customers and freight carriers • Work independently on own planning and within a team of planners • Participating on various operational departments within the Company Group possible • Follow up of the equipment and its status • Solve and prevent problems • Communicate with the drivers and send their jobs • Contact with customers and logistic partners • Deal with administration tasks related to the operations • Arranging other logistics and operational support • Work with specialized software programs Requirements: • Previous experience in a company for international transport is an advantage • Beside your native language, you should speak fluently English.
