CNC Operator - Irsko

Essential duties:
Setup and document tooling and safe practices for Press Brake Operations
Verify accuracy of machine settings to confirm accurate tolerance and machine functions
Operators will be required to maintain accurate parts and motivation on routine repetitive jobs
During operations Operator will be required to maintain cleanliness of the machine
Must be adaptable and flexible in relation to working hours and the type of work that will be undertaken
Responsibilities:
Must be able to work from drawings and sketches, read and understand manuals/specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerance of finished products, sequence of operations and set up requirements
Detects equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts machine within capabilities. Report all machine malfunctions to Management
Ability to calculate blank sizes, bend location, appropriate tonnage and tooling for each part being formed
Working Hours:
The ideal candidate for this role is available to work any of the following shifts Monday to Friday 6am-4.30pm, 4.30pm-12.30am and some Saturdays
