Your challenge
Support of technical complaints handling process. Support of services delivery.
Your responsibilities:
Responsible for information flow related to technical complaints. Support resolution of technical complaints.
Tasks:
• Manage communication related to technical complaints.
o Toward customers
o Inside Philips Lighting (logistic, factories, BG’s, field quality team)
• Search and validate technical and administrative information.
• Register complaints in SAP
• Fulfill information in internal database CRS
• Perform simple reparations of luminaires (spare parts substitution).
• Cooperate with partners and third parties regarding technical complaints resolution.

Požadujeme
• Regular work schedule for 20h per week – every workday or 4 days in a week.
• Education on field of electricity (finished high school or bachelor study).
• Permission for electricians according regulation 50/1968(paragraph 5 at least).
• English B1/B2 (both – written and spoken)
• Fluent Czech
• Responsible, able to work independently
• Sense of loyalty
• Willing to learn
