Are you an experienced administrative professional with a knack for online environments? KASA FIK, a leading provider of cash register systems with customers in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Germany, is seeking a new team member for the role of Remote Administrative Assistant. This fully remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home. Our company fully embraces remote work policy.
The expected work schedule is 4 hours per day (flexible time).
This is not a remote sales or customer acquisition job

Requirements:
Experience in administrative work and familiarity with online environments (e.g., e-shops).
Proficiency in PC usage.
Passive knowledge of English.
Ability to communicate with suppliers and customers.
Attention to detail and the ability to streamline effective company processes.
Responsibilities include:
Generating quotes and invoices.
Communication with suppliers.
Customer interaction (you will handle inbound phone calls - approx 6-8 calls per day)
Creating promotional materials (Canva) if you like creative work
Working with CRM system
