callcenter team manager wanted

we are looking for an experienced callcenter operator with a good track record.

the person we are looking for should be
- bilingual.
- - english. preferably mother tongue. fluently spoken and written,
- - german. basic knowledge. good oral skills.
- - every other language is an asset.
- capable of leading a small team (6- 10) callcenter agents
- willing to help to set up a new small callcenteroperation in the west of prague
- experienced in outbound calling
- assisting in instructing new agents on the job
- available on short notice
- able and willing to work mostly on nightshifts
- able and willing to take the responsability

we operate a small marketing platform for medical services and products. the mother company is based in western central europe. the new callcenter/supportcenter will be mainly responsible for outbound calling (follow up on customers) and support services for our large customer base. the callcenter shall be operated on a 24/7 basis.
